Return and Refund Policy
At PetNest, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.
1. Returns:
– You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– Please contact us at gkengineersbvn@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
2. Refunds:
– Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) excluding any shipping fees.
– Please note that it may take 2-3 Days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
3. Exchanges:
– If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at gkengineersbvn@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
– If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at gkengineersbvn@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
5. Non-returnable Items:
– Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.
6. Cancellation:
– You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at gkengineersbvn@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet our return policy criteria.
